As a passionate HR enthusiast, I've got 4 years of experience working in the field, my main focus of interest would be shaping processes and building HR practices from scratch, managing people by nurturing their talents. Academic background: 2 Bachelors (Psychology + International Business), Master Degree in Strategic Business Development. Certifications in Coaching, Cognitive-Behavriour Therapy (CBT), Travel & Tourism management, Business Visualization.
Professional competencies: teaching (from development lessons for kids and up to lecturing at the higher educational institutions in Finland), content marketing, self-branding.
